Free Yoga at SC Statehouse to honor World Mental Health Day

Come join us at the South Carolina State House for a special event celebrating World Mental Health Day with an outdoor yoga session in the grass on the grounds. Let's unwind and destress together in this beautiful capital city setting. No experience necessary -- just bring your own yoga mat, water, and an open mind. Take this opportunity to prioritize your mental well-being and connect with others in the Columbia community.

Class is weather-permitting and open to all. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking and be ready on your yoga mat 10 minutes prior to class start time. Maybe walk to Soda City before or after class for a well-rounded Saturday!
