Midtown Detroit Inc., has partnered with Full Lotus Yoga to bring you free yoga at Pallister Park all summer long!
Every Monday at 7:30 p.m. until Oct. 6, join us for a free "Slow Flow & Fin" practice, which offers a harmonious blend of gentle movement and deep relaxation, supporting both body and mind.
Classes will be taught by Full Lotus Yoga teacher, Salam Beydoun! + as an added bonus, classes will be accompanied by live music from Demetrius Thomas on his steel tongue drums.
