𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 is a special 15-week yoga series led by recent graduates of 𝘉𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘺’𝘴 𝟮𝟬𝟬-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. Each class offers a chance to experience fresh perspectives and unique voices as new instructors step into the role of teacher.
These open-level classes are designed to welcome all students, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Every Sunday at 2pm, a different instructor will guide you through a thoughtful flow, honing their skills in cueing, sequencing, and connection — while you enjoy the benefits of practice.
