This workshop explores how yoga can be a powerful tool to release blockages and allow your creative energy to flow freely. Through guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you’ll tap into a deeper sense of self-expression and unlock new sources of inspiration.

Following the yoga session, participants will have the opportunity to translate their experience into a tangible art form by creating their own personalized collage. Using a variety of materials and guided prompts, you’ll craft a visual representation of your experience that day, inspired by the insights and sensations that arose during the practice. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their creative flow, explore their inner artist, and cultivate a deeper connection to their authentic self.

About Kallayah

Kallayah began her yoga journey in 2020, seeking a deeper connection to her breath. What began as self-exploration soon blossomed into a devoted way of life, especially after discovering the unifying energy of group practice. In 2022 she encountered Aṣṭāṅga Yoga at Moksha, a practice that continues to transform her from the inside out. Now a 200-hour graduate of Moksha’s Spring 2025 Teacher Training, she shares both grounding vinyāsa flow and traditional Aṣṭāṅga classes, guiding students toward deeper breath, self-awareness, and inner stillness. Beyond the mat, Kallayah is an artist, poet, and teacher whose creative work weaves together human and natural worlds—celebrating beauty, connection, and the joy of living artfully.
