This training series anchors on a case study of a micro-budget film that Truce Studios produced in 2024, “The Flamingo Effect”. The training series is presented by several Truce Members and will be available for free, online, after the initial hybrid training session. Attendees will be able to create their own microbudget film after attending the series, as well as meet other professionals with whom to collaborate and learn how TRUCE can support their filmmaking efforts.
In this PREPRODUCTION WORKSHOP, we will share the best practices for low-budget film preproduction, including:
*Scheduling, Locations, Lighting, Shooting (esp. Multicam tips!), Acting/improv, Sound Recording, Release forms / Legal, Crafty, Scripty, Directing & Design
