Just for the day of Monday June 17, Cardio Charleston at The Rose Room will be FREE. Show up at the door and get a great workout, learn fun moves, and jam to the hot jazz that made the 20s roar!Then for the following two months, those attendees who come for the most weeks (either Mondays at 6pm or Fridays at 8am) will receive a Cardio Charleston punch card, worth six passes (a $60 value!). Winners will be awarded on Mon Aug 12! Cardio Charleston is normally $10 drop in, no experience required.
