Join us for the first workout of the 2024 season. 1.5 hour of stretching, basic handstand and gymnastics/acro skills and drills, full body calisthenics. All levels are welcomed. See you this Sunday 24th at 11 AM by the bar area. The Great Lawn will be opened later in the spring and that is where workouts will be held till late October 2024.
