We're continuing the tradition through 2026! Another free women’s self-defense seminar! We are grateful to The Open Door Network for continuing to hold these events in addition to all the other services they offer the community.
Come learn critical skills to defend yourself from a larger stronger attacker in various scenarios. This is a physical training session, not a lecture. It is beginner friendly but great for repeat participants too!
