April is "National Sexual Assault Awareness Month" and we at Maximum Martial Arts are proud to provide our community with our annual FREE Women's Self Defense Seminar. This confidence building event is designed to provide women with the Awareness, Avoidance and Action skills (we call it our Triple A insurance) to effectively deal with a potentially violent encounter. Using the popular Krav Maga system of self defense to teach women tactics that are easy to learn, easy to apply and most importantly, easy to recall under stress. We are confident that ladies will leave this fantastic seminar feeling safer and more empowered. Oh, and yes, you get to hit the padded guy!
