Lonerock Clinic is offering a free Women's Self-Defense Course on November 19th from 5:30-7:00 PM.

Course Description: The Basic Self-Defense class is 90 minutes long and incorporates risk awareness discussion with simple physical self-defense techniques. This course is provided by the University of Oregon Police Department.
