SAVE THE DATE!We are partnering with the South Windham Fire Department and Jane Doe No More to present a 4-hour FREE self-defense class for women and girls ages 12+!
The 4-hour class will cover:
Firsthand survivor stories & experiences
Confidence-building skills
Striking skills to enable escape
Awareness tips
Comprehensive verbal and physical prevention strategies
Option for one-on-one attack simulation with instructor in padded suit
