Do you feel equipped to protect yourself? We all hope never to need self-defense but the truth is, every 68 seconds an act of sexual assault is committed in the United States … 91% of those assaulted are female. These statistics are disgusting and alarming at best. Are you confident in your ability to protect yourself and your children in unexpected situations? Honestly, most of us are not.We want to do our part to change that. Empowering the women and children in our community to have the confidence to say no - and the skills to back that up. Let’s be hard to kidnap.
Welcome to our first of many women’s and children’s self-defense seminars. Taught by women for women.
We will have one class solely for girls and women 13 years and over and a mommy-and-me class with all ages welcome.
**Please arrive 10 minutes early if possible.
