✅ How to get out of the worst position in an attack

✅ Boost your confidence and awareness in any situation

👊Wear comfortable workout clothing. This seminar will be active but not strenous. NO SPARRING — This isn’t about fighting, it’s about learning techniques and strategies you can use when you need them most.
