Don't lose your fitness and get the winter cycling blues! Improve your power, strength, endurance and speed.About this Event
Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30PM to 7:30PM January 14th through March 6th. The classes will consist of various HIIT cycling workouts; fun music and cycling videos on display while we spin! Please arrive by 6:00pm to allow time to set up bike and trainer. Class will start promptly at 6:30PM.
Classes are FREE! Please bring bike (smooth rear tire), indoor trainer, block or front wheel holder, towel and water.
Entrance for the class will be located at the back of the store.
