Free Winter Family Day at A&H + Wintery Family Art Workshop

Bring your whole family to welcome a new season at our Winter Family Day, including a winter-themed Family Art Workshop!

Surrounded by artists’ studios in our main garden, families will use their imaginations to at our Wintery Family Art Workshop! We’ll have other surprises too, like a winter themed scavenger hunt, snowy craft stations, face painting and free admission to three museums and more!! Our family art workshop is recommended for children ages 4 and over, and under 4 with parental help!

A&H’s Maitland Art Center was originally built in 1937 as an artists’ colony and named the Research Studio. Our founder, artist J. Andre’ Smith, had a dream that all artists creating in this space would experiment with art, and we can’t think of a more fun way to celebrate winter then by creating winter themed arts and crafts on our National Historic Landmark Campus!

Space and art supplies are limited (one art project per child, while supplies last), so sign up today!
