Never tried WERQ? No problem! WERQ is for EVERYONE ~ no experience necessary!

WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness format combining pop and hip hop hits with fresh dance moves and athletic moves. It’s a great cardio and endurance workout that feels like a dance party!
