Join us for our first FREE female only wellness walk - Saturday 16th Nov 💫Meet in the studio at 10am, grab a warm drink before we begin our 2.5 mile walk at 10:30am.
Finish the walk at the studio, where we will rehydrate with a warm drink, some light stretches and a short breathwork session 💫
Come along, get your steps in, socialise and stretch. All abilities are welcome 🤍
