Join us for support coaching and connection. This group is designed to provide support in a safe non-judgmental environment. Offering mutual acceptance and understanding where you can freely express yourself and connect with other ADHDers who truly understand your experiences and challenges
Meeting Details:
- Every Thursday 6-7.30 PM
- Downtown - Omaha Public Library
-Format: Flexible No commitment to Regular attendance or Restrictions on a time for arriving or leaving
-Led By: Nora Plambeck Certified ADHD Coach Peer Support Facilitator Board Certified Mental Health Coach
Simply just come to the group. RSVP is advised (not required) to ensure receiving updates incase of meeting cancellations.
No support groups are scheduled on the following dates in 2024: 7/4 8/8 9/5 10/10 11/21 and 12/26.
