Free Walk In Newham

Join us at for our monthly Newham walk on 8th November 2025!

Whether you're a avid walker or just starting your health journey, this event is perfect for you. Our walks are an opportunity to connect, disconnect from technology and get the steps in!

Agenda:

• 09:45pm - 09:55pm: Arrival
• 10am - 11:30am - Walk
• 11:30am- 11:45am - Close and connect

Meeting point: Bread Street Kitchen, Stratford Olympic park (Closest station Stratford underground)

Finish point: : Stratford international station

What to expect:

• A friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• A 40 minute - 1hour 15 minute walk at an average walking pace (No one will be left behind)
• The route will have a number of cafe stops incase you need
• Children and young people are welcome but bear in mind we want to stick together!
• Please wear comfy footwear and comfortable clothing
• Please bring water with you on the walk

Who are we :

Rebuild Health is a not-for-profit aimed at getting the black community moving their way. We understand the long term health impacts for this community and are working to change this by supporting the community to move!
