Free Virtual CLE on Filing for Expungement in NJ

Expungement training and free CLE credits are being offered courtesy of Archer, the Office of the Public Defender, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, and the Camden County Bar Association in exchange for your time at an Expungement Event on MLK Day of Service, January 20, 2025 at Camden County College, 200 N. Broadway, Camden. You will have the opportunity to specify the time(s) you are available between 10 am and 3 pm to counsel pro bono clients regarding their specific circumstances & to e-file for expungement of eligible client records. All volunteer time counts toward Madden pro bono hours. #volunteerup #makingadifference

The Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey has approved 2.4 hours of total CLE credit for this program. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of total credit for ethics, professionalism, and professional responsibility, of which 0 qualify as hours of credit for diversity, inclusion and elimination of bias (BCLE Reg. 302:1). The program is also approved for 2.0 PA CLE credits.
