As part of this year's Red Carpet Corridor and Centennial Celebration of Route 66 Dwight will again be the site of a vintage Base Ball Game! This FREE game will be played like it was in the 1800s and is such a fun event to witness in person. The players not only play the game, but they are historians who discuss the history and evolution of the early days of Base Ball (yes two words originally). Bring your lawn chair and join us at Renfrew Park in Dwight. Then afterward feel free to hang around and check out the historic Texaco Station or one of the other great events and live music taking place all day!
