Spirit Warriors, a Veteran’s health and wellness group for spiritual seekers. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Saturday of the month at Everything Just Rocks (2235 W. 1st St. Suite 104-105 Tempe, AZ 85281) 4PM to 5:30pm and offers a safe space for like-minded veterans to share their spiritual journeys and experiences. Each meeting we will have guest speakers from the wellness community and end with a sound healing* session. Best of all, this group is free to veterans! Let’s grow together!*Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. It involves using specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
