We’re thrilled to welcome JL Fields to this year's COW FEST! As a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, she brings her knowledge as a vegan chef, health coach, and educator to inspire and empower individuals on their wellness journeys.
JL will showcase her compassionate kitchen at COW FEST, delighting us with morning cooking demonstrations with samples on both Saturday and Sunday. These sessions will also feature a discussion on how to create your toolkit for self-compassion.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
JL holds certifications as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1-NC), and Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator. Additionally, she’s a CDC-Certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Specialist in Coaching Dietary Strategies, focusing on plant-based, macros-based, and intermittent fasting approaches.
AUTHOR & EDUCATOR
As the author of six books, including The Complete Plant-Based Diet, Vegan Baking for Beginners, and The Vegan Air Fryer, JL aims to make plant-based living accessible and enjoyable. She also co-authored The Main Street Vegan Academy Cookbook and Vegan for Her, collaborating with esteemed colleagues in the field.
COACHING & CONSULTING
With a background in higher education and nonprofit leadership, JL transitioned her skills to the health and wellness sector. She’s led coaching teams in the digital healthcare space and teaches Advanced Wellness Coaching at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
Through JL Fields Consulting, LLC, she creates and delivers inspiring wellness programs, helps others lead with confidence, and develops coaching excellence through learning, development, training, and mentorship.
In addition to JL’s consulting work, she also offers private health and wellness coaching, culinary instruction, and career coaching for aspiring health professionals, supporting individuals in aligning their habits, lifestyle, and purpose with plant-based, mindful living.
