Under the Mountain is back! This end of the year, we have a second silent movie screening for all you lovely cyborgs out there. Get ready for Fritz Lang's METROPOLIS (1927), featuring a score written and performed LIVE by the one and only Domesticatrix!
The hardest working industrial artist in Birmingham is a perfect match for what may be the first cyberpunk movie ever made. Join us for not only one of the most lasting masterpieces of science fiction, but also for a dizzying and kinetic musical performance that will leave you vibrating in your seats and wanting more.
This presentation will include an intermission, and will be followed by a brief selection of Domesticatrix's crunchiest beats, not to mention a few surprises along the way. This event is FREE and open to anyone 18 and up. Mark your calendars and polish your robot plating for your trip to a dark future, full of lust, violence, and true technological wizardry!
