If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or want to learn about healthy habits, these classes are for you! We are providing a FREE two-part heart health class series. It will go from 6-7 p.m. Oct. 9 and 16 at KCHD.
The classes will cover different topics including heart healthy eating, physical activity, goal setting and problem solving.
