Meet in the gym of St. Mary's Cathedral Parish Hall at 221 18 Avenue SW Calgary on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm for a certified fitness instructor's 1-hour circuit-training class. Our popular instructor teaches at several Calgary gyms. This is a slightly easier fitness/circuit-training class, but please exercise to raise your heart rate and strengthen your muscles at your own pace. Bring water, clean athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. To make the class more challenging, bring 2 or 5 lb free weights.

FREE parking in the lot behind the church on 19 Avenue SW. Park then enter the class-enclosed doors of the hall to the gym from the parking lot.

If you wish to continue after your first free class, pay $10 for each drop-in class OR $5 each of 9 classes ($45).
