We have morning classes at 4:45am, 5:45am, 6:45am, 9am.
Our evening class time are 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm.
Monday and Wednesday is kickboxing!
Tuesday and Thursday are resistance training days!
Get a friend or two and come try classes with us! Come for one class or come all week - completely up to you! This is the perfect time to try our classes before the next session begins!
