Free Trial lesson for Brazilian / Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense class

K-Team Honolulu, is a Jiu-Jitsu Club for youth/adult practitioners who want to level up their skills, confidence or pursue competitive tournaments in the future.

Sessions focus on technique, endurance, and skills such as takedowns, escapes, pins, and submission as preparation for formal tournaments, and for real world conflict.

Participants will learn basic terminology, proper etiquette, and how to complete the submission and takedown workouts.
