<h4>Class Structure:</h4>
  1. Warm-Up (10 minutes):
    Each class begins with a light cardio warm-up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles for dancing. This includes dynamic stretches and basic aerobic movements to ensure you’re ready for an energetic session.
  2. Basic Steps (20 minutes):
    We start with the fundamental Garba steps, such as the 2-step and 3-step. This section is perfect for beginners to get comfortable with the rhythm and basic movements. Intermediate and advanced students can use this time to perfect their form and technique.
  3. Practice on Popular Gujarati Beats (30 minutes):
    As the class progresses, we dance to popular Gujarati songs, practicing the steps learned. This section allows students to experience the joy of dancing Garba to traditional and contemporary music, enhancing rhythm and coordination.
  4. Choreography (20 minutes):
    Once you’ve mastered the individual steps, we move on to choreographed sequences. This section is focused on combining the steps into beautiful, flowing routines. It’s a great way to practice transitions, improve coordination, and experience the joy of dancing Garba in a group setting.
  5. Cool Down (10 minutes):
    The class ends with a cool-down session, including static stretches and breathing exercises to relax your muscles and prevent any post-workout stiffness. This is also a time to reflect on what you’ve learned and prepare for the next class.
