FREE training - Verbal and Non-Verbal De-escalation Workshop

This workshop teaches participants a variety of strategies to be able to support an individual who is escalating while also supporting their own and their colleagues' physical and psychological safety.

Participants will learn the importance of individualized interventions which will include both verbal and non-verbal responses and approaches. The content within this workshop will be driven by the needs and requests of attendees and can be individualized for a range of settings and personnel, including but not limited to school settings, community based services and supports, and caregivers.
