Doors open 9am. Training Starts 9:30. Training ends at 3:30pm.
Topic: TBRI an Overview: Trust-Based Relational Intervention is an attachment-based, trauma- informed, whole child approach to meeting needs of the children and youth who have experienced early adversity, toxic stress, and/or relational trauma. Together we will review practical parenting tools, based on the three main principles of TBRI: Connection, Empowerment, and Correction.
Lunch & Childcare is provided, but childcare spots are limited & only for families affected by foster care/intact family cases/reunified families. After registering, if you are no longer able to come, please let us know. ([email protected] or text 309-305-9888)
This workshop is open to the public. Please note: the workshop is open to the public, but geared toward families in the tri-county area. Business Professionals and Foster Parents can receive a certificate of completion for attending. Foster Parents may turn in certificates to agencies for continuing education credit, credit is up to agency discretion.
