Invite your peeps to a safe space and respectful atmosphere in participating or just supporting the #gunsdownglovesup movement. (activities include running drills, utilizing training equipment and sparring is optional.)
please bring your own sparring gear (mouthguards & cups/groin protectors are mandatory)
water will be provided but if you prefer to bring your own, thats fine too.
