Free To Be MVMT Workshop: SENSUAL SOMATIC EDITION

Welcome to the Free To Be MVMT Workshop : Somatic Sensual Edition! Join us for an evening of exploration and movement at the calogitano dance studio in Kirkwood, Atlanta. This will be an empowering evening, with like minded individuals, to find & feel your Sensual, Sexy, and Free Divine Self!

Free To Be MVMT is a practice that aims to help people feel more free in their bodies, their expressions, and their spirits. This Sensual Somatic Edition will specifically focus on our relationship to our sensual/sexual expression. How can we feel more authentically sexy through somatic movements and breath practices? How can we learn to feel more free and playful, if we tend to feel more closed off or disconnected from our senses? How can we feel bold & beautiful through our raw emotions that may not seem so pretty to us? How can we reclaim our bodies and our beauty for ourselves? Well, this workshop will explore these questions through guided somatic movement, breathework, sensory meditations and a sound bath.

Please note this is a safe space where all emotions are welcomed. As we open our senses & dive into our sensuality, we also may awaken other parts of our emotional body to be seen and expressed such as anger, sadness, & elation. To be Sexy is to Be Authentic. Unleashing the Wild Woman with NO APOLOGIES! We will end the practice with a sound bath to enjoy the sense of sound & end our time in Bliss together.

Anna is a trained performing artist, somatic practioner and yoga teacher. She is passionate about embracing her most authentic self and creating safe spaces for others to do the same. She has personally found freedom in her sensual somatic expressions on the daily & is excited to share this practice with other women.
