Mixtape Bingo with Friends is coming to Dock No. 3!
Join uptown Society, Forbidden Plates, Drunk Lyrics, and Drop that Line for a night of games, socializing, and prizes. We're improving your game night with three locally created games guaranteed to leave you laughing, singing, and possibly asking for a bit of help.
A bit about the games:
Forbidden Plates "The adult card game for creative miscreants": In this creative and hilarious party game, players are challenged to come up with the funniest phrases by pairing three-letter acronyms with random topic cards. Born from inspiration during the pandemic, this game invites players to use quick thinking and creativity to match acronyms with topics in the most humorous ways possible. With five rounds of development and playtesting, this game is designed to bring friends together for unforgettable laughs, clever wordplay, and endless fun.
Drop that Line: Gather your friends and put your memory to the test with this lively, laugh-inducing card game! Split into teams, draw a card, and take turns delivering classic lines from beloved movies and TV shows. Get ready to let loose and share the fun!
Drunk Lyrics: Get ready to belt it out in Drunk Lyrics, the game that tests your musical memory under pressure! Here’s the lowdown:
On your turn as the singer, your opponent draws a card and reveals the word you must include in a song lyric. Got a song that fits? Sing it out loud! If you get it right, they’ll pull another card, and you’ll keep going, racking up cards until your 30 seconds are up. Then it’s their turn! Play through multiple rounds and see who holds the most cards to win.
Mixtape Bingo: This isn’t your typical bingo! Get ready to party as the DJ spins your favorite hits across genres and decades. When a song plays, check your card – if it’s listed, mark it off! If you’re stumped on a song title, ask a friend or fellow player (just not the DJ!). Keep your ears open, stay on your toes, and race to complete your card in this fun, fast-paced twist on classic bingo. It’s a game of music, mingling, and memories that will keep everyone dancing and guessing all night!
