A 3-Part Intro to Yoga Series with Alisha
August 11th, 18th, 25th
(kindly share with you community, especially health care practitioners who can share with their clients)
Have you been thinking...
"I know yoga would be good for me... I just don't know where to begin."
Or maybe you practiced years ago and life happened. Now you're longing to return, but in a way that feels supportive, welcoming, and sustainable.
Perhaps you're craving a little more steadiness. More space to breathe. More energy. Better sleep. A deeper connection to yourself.
If any part of that resonates, this series was created for you.
Strong Roots is a free three-session journey designed to help you build a foundation that supports you both on and off the mat. This isn't about touching your toes or getting into fancy poses. It's about learning to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, move with greater ease, and discover practices that you can carry into everyday life.
Together we'll explore:
• Foundational yoga postures with plenty of modifications and prop support, making the practice accessible to every body.
• Functional alignment that builds strength, stability, mobility, and confidence.
• Breathwork to calm the mind, increase vitality, and support nervous system regulation.
• Meditation, movement, and sound practices that cultivate presence and reconnect you to yourself.
• Gentle sequences that progressively build resilience, flexibility, balance, and stamina.
• Restorative practices and deep relaxation to nourish your whole being.
• Practical tools to support better sleep, greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or returning after years away, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
My intention is to create a space rooted in kindness, curiosity, and compassion; where questions are encouraged, perfection is left at the door, and your body is honored every step of the way.
Sometimes all we need is a place to begin.
I'd love to share this practice with you.
This series is completely FREE.
If someone came to mind while reading this, please share it with them. You never know who has been quietly waiting for an invitation like this.
