Calling ALL trauma therapists! Please join Sanare Today & Creative Arts with Rebecca for a night of self-care through artistic expression. Rebecca will begin with a brief meditation, then facilitate the group through a "mountain strengths collage", followed by reflection. Tea and other light refreshments will be provided. We encourage you to take this time for self-care and connection :)
