๐ When:
March 25-26, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Time: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
๐ Where:
YMCA Auditorium, 3rd Floor, YMCA Building, Upper Session Road, Baguio City
๐ด Important Reminder:
This is a first-come, first-served basis with limited slots available, so be sure to come early and submit your requirements at the YMCA Bldg., 2nd Floor, Room 204 (RDEC Office).
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โ๏ธ Filipino citizen, 16 years old and above
โ๏ธ Physically and mentally fit to drive
โ๏ธ Able to read and write in Filipino or English
โ๏ธ No unsettled traffic violations
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐:
PSA Birth Certificate / Valid Passport / National ID (Photocopy)
Valid Government-issued ID with photo & signature (Photocopy)
For married female applicants, PSA/NSO Certificate of Marriage (Photocopy)
Reminders:
โ Applicants must personally attend the 2-day seminar
โ Wear proper attire
โ Bring ballpen, snacks, and lunch
