?????? ??????? ?????? ????????????! ??The DOTR-CAR Regional Driver’s Education Center (RDEC), in partnership with the YMCA of the City of Baguio, is excited to offer a FREE 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for individuals applying for a Student Permit! ?
? When:
March 25-26, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Time: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
? Where:
YMCA Auditorium, 3rd Floor, YMCA Building, Upper Session Road, Baguio City
? Important Reminder:
This is a first-come, first-served basis with limited slots available, so be sure to come early and submit your requirements at the YMCA Bldg., 2nd Floor, Room 204 (RDEC Office).

✔️ Filipino citizen, 16 years old and above
✔️ Physically and mentally fit to drive
✔️ Able to read and write in Filipino or English
✔️ No unsettled traffic violations

PSA Birth Certificate / Valid Passport / National ID (Photocopy)
Valid Government-issued ID with photo & signature (Photocopy)
For married female applicants, PSA/NSO Certificate of Marriage (Photocopy)
Reminders:
✅ Applicants must personally attend the 2-day seminar
✅ Wear proper attire
✅ Bring ballpen, snacks, and lunch
