About this Event
Part of the series of talks "Myths to Live By - Exploring the teachings of Joseph Campbell"
Gods and Goddesses are understood to represent universal archetypes and natural laws like Love, Courage, Valor, Harmony, Cycles, even Life and Death.
To understand ourselves and others better, as well as the evolution of humanity, myths have long been a source of inspiration. They tell of unions between divinities or with hero’s which represent transformational journeys and discoveries within ourselves. This timeless necessity to harmonise apparent opposites presents a catalyst for the emergence or birth of something new.
This talk will explore the universal relevance of such myths in our daily lives and the various keys that can help us create union in the face of paradox.
There will also be refreshments, coffee, tea and snacks.
We look forwards to seeing you there!
