Our meeting this month hears from Paul Simpson of Charco Neurotech talking about his company's new "CUE1" device. Although the device is quite new to the market, it's said to relieve some Parkinson's symptoms including "freezing" and unsteady walking. The CUE1 is about the diameter of a 50p piece, is worn via an adhesive patch on the body and works by a vibrating technology.
This will be a really useful session; and the Q&A could raise some fascinating points too!
As usual, the meeting will be at the Beaconsfield Club; lots of tea, coffee & biscuits will be available; it’s all free; not just members but non-members welcome too, such as friends, carers, neighbours and relatives. All welcome!
