Join us for FREE Tai Chi bi-weekly Tai Chi classes in Military Park beginning on July 21st!Originally from Los Angeles, California, David Vidato has been teaching Tai Chi in the OKC Metro area since 1997. David has taught for the Asian District Cultural Association of OKC on multiple occasions. He is absolutely honored and excited to return to teach Tai Chi at Military Park!
Students will learn the basic movements of the Yang Tai Chi 10 Step Form to help build stability, flexibility, stamina, gentleness, strength and grace.
