***NO CLASS LABOR DAY***Get moving in this free Tai Chi class!
Classes will be held every Monday from 2-3 p.m. at La Resolana Senior Apartments in Albuquerque for 16 weeks excluding Labor Day. These classes are open to all adults ages 65 and older.
Frequently described as “meditation on motion,” Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow motion exercise that involves practicing a series of physical postures and controlled breathing.
This class is provided in partnership with the NMHealth Adult Falls Prevention Program that strives to decrease fall-related injuries among adults in New Mexico. Learn more at https://www.nmhealth.org/about/erd/ibeb/oafp/
