Denmark Connects presents: FREE Supporting Aging & Caregivers Luncheon on Friday, December 13th, 10am-12pm @ Gatherings 43 with chicken dinner in the Village of Denmark.
*Event registration closes December 4th.
If you’re navigating aging, disabilities for 17+, or are a caregiver, come join us to connect with others, share your journey, and gain new tools and insight! You’ll also learn all about local resources available to you through speakers and vendor booths.
-Don’t have a way to get there? You can request FREE transportation available in the local area.
-Need respite in order to attend? You can request FREE off-site care for your loved one. *Limited space available with professional care services. Contact us to learn more.
What to expect:
Come sit with us to enjoy a free chicken dinner lunch while the Aging & Disabilities Resource Center of Brown County (ADRC,) Curative Connections, Options for Independent Living, WI Institute of Healthy Aging & WI Coalition for Social Connection speak, and other information booth vendors share what they can do for you as you navigate today and your future.
We hope people will connect with others, share their journey, and walk away with more insight going forward.
This event is for people who care for their relative, spouse, friend, neighbor. Can be for someone 17+ and disabled. People getting older and preparing for the future, or already needs support but would like to learn more. Really, it’s for everyone 17 years and older to learn!
