Free Support on Your Hearing Journey | Southampton

These free support days are for anyone considering a hearing implant, their families and caregivers, and existing MED-EL hearing implant users.
🤝 Support includes:
• Counselling with an accredited therapist who has lived experience of hearing loss and cochlear implant use
• Hearpeers Mentor connections to hear about personal experiences of using and living with a hearing implant
• MED-EL technical support with audio processors, connectivity, accessories and everyday device use
🕒 Times:
• Group counselling: 90 minutes from 12pm
• One-to-one counselling: 45-minute appointments between 3pm and 6pm
• MED-EL technical support: available from 12pm to 5pm
Note: One-to-one appointments are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
