From 1 November 2025, Home Care in Australia will begin to change in several important ways. These are part of the national Aged Care Reform, which aims to make care safer, simpler and more focused on your needs and rights.
We understand this is a big change. That’s why we’re hosting a special information session, to help you feel more prepared. Support At Home expert, Kerri Lanchester will be there, alongside your local Client & Community Advisor and Care Coordinator, to take you through the main changes and answer all your questions. Whether you’re a current Lutheran Services Home Care client or you’re yet to start your Home Care journey, everyone is welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you there.
