Join us for a FREE 60-minute sunset breathwork class — outdoors, open to all, and unlike anything you've tried before.
📅 WHEN Thursday, July 30th — then every other Thursday through the summer

📍 WHERE The Rose Kennedy Greenway between Milk St. & India St., off Atlantic Ave. (The "Color Commons" section)
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT We'll start with a quick overview of the breathing technique so everyone feels at ease — no experience needed. From there, you'll move through a grounding meditation and into a full signature Source Method® Breathwork session set to an incredible playlist.
Whether it's your first breath session or your fiftieth, you'll leave feeling open, clear, grounded, and connected to yourself.
All levels welcome. Just show up and breathe!

ABOUT SABRINA:
Sabrina is a Bolivian/Iranian entrepreneur and founder of Source Method® .
After experiencing profound personal loss in 2020, she discovered the potent healing power of intentional breathing and has since made it her mission to bring this work to others.
Sabrina excels at creating safe, peaceful, and transformative experiences for her clients and the most common feedback she hears is that her warm and inviting presence makes it easy (and fun!) for first-time breath workers to relax into the technique and receive lasting positive shifts as a result!
She is a Boston-based entrepreneur, mentor, and certified breathwork facilitator trained in spiritual psychology + nervous system repair. She helps dreamers and high achievers step into their power & breakthrough their blocks faster with her signature Source Method® breathwork technique.
