Join me for a free community sunrise gathering by Bloom Outdoors & Bloom Wellbeing.
We’ll begin the morning with a steady, nourishing beach yoga flow as the sun rises over Sumner. A simple, feel-good practice to move the body, clear the mind and ease into the day. Beginners, kids and all levels are warmly welcome.
After yoga, there’ll be an optional ocean dip with the crew. Swim, float, paddle or simply wander the shoreline and soak up the winter morning.
Then we’ll roll into coffee, connection and warm brekkie together by the beach.
✨ Posh Porridge will be joining us with delicious warm porridge available to purchase after class. Eftpos available and highly recommended post cold dip.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Warm layers + blanket
• Swimmers + towel if dipping
