Our Free Outdoor Summer Fitness Series is back for its ninth year! Join us for a jam-packed summer of cardio, dance, and yoga classes at parks and public spaces all across Grand Rapids.FULL SCHEDULE: grandrapidsmi.gov/freefitness
Classes begin the week of May 13 and run for 15 weeks. Drop-in, no registration required!
DESCRIPTION:
Add some relaxation to your day. Begin with gentle stretching and move to flowing through and holding poses. Class will come to a restful end.
