FREE Sunrise Sound Bath Meditation

🌅✨ I am pleased to announce my collaboration with Jessica Rocha Real Estate for a free sunrise sound bath meditation session on October 5, 2024, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM PST at the picturesque Waterfront Park in Little Italy.

Rising with the sun symbolizes new beginnings, renewal, and the promise of a fresh start. As we gather to embrace the serene energy of the morning, we will harness the transformative power of the sunrise to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. This session offers a unique opportunity to align ourselves with the sun’s energy, inviting warmth, clarity, and positivity into our day.

Please note that space is limited And tickets must be reserved online in advance.

We look forward to welcoming the sunrise together overlooking the ocean, setting meaningful intentions, and embracing the abundant possibilities that lie ahead.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

What to bring to the event:

Journal/Paper and a Pen/Pencil

Water bottle

Pillow for under head/neck

Pillow for under knees if needed

Blanket & Jacket

Wear comfortable clothing - Weather may be a bit chilly.

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Note: Sound Baths are not recommended for people who have a pacemaker and other health related metal or electrical devices attached or within their body due to safety concerns and reasons.
