Bring your family and friends for a bit of wellness and a stroll through the market for a cup of coffee and local goods from our vendors.

Wellness in the park! Bring your own mat, towel, sunglasses, sun block - (shade available) be sure to bring enough water to stay hydrated!

Yoga, 9am for all levels, stretch, recharge your mind, body and soul. Namaste Yogis!

Wellness in the park at the Cathedral Square Market is put on by East Town Assocation.

Classes start at 9am - 10am Sundays until Aug. 27. No classes during Bastille Days 7/16 . Certified Instructors from the Wisconsin Athletic Club - downtown.

Market opens at 9am until 12:30pm!

Low key local market includes fresh produce, fresh coffee, prepared foods, bakery, fresh flowers and more for you to explore!

The Wisconsin Athletic Club-Downtown table has water on those really hot days, Free Day Passes and a chance to win a 90 day Free Pass for you and your whole family with Monique Zimmer from the Downtown WAC, Membership Services. Look for her the days she comes in to enter a raffle for the 90 day pass!
