We will be popping up at Silver Sands State Park the last Sunday of the month at 10AM all summer long. Join us for a free Qigong and Tai Chi class. Beginners are welcome. Registration is recommended.

The address is 1 Nettleton Avenue in Milford. We will be meeting in the picnic area of the park, near the parking lot by the beach boardwalk. Parking is free for CT registered vehicles.
